processed gluten free vegan snack: Hi I’m Skinny Quinoa Sticks

more dry snacks for k! i guess you can say once i started looking for them, there’re not that hard to find. so far i’ve only been focused on savory ones and k doesn’t seem to mind. my latest shopping endeavor led me to these quinoa sticks with chia seeds.

since m & i haven’t introduced k to chia seeds yet, we figured this would be a good way to test her allergy. there’s very little quantity of chia seeds in it as it is the second to last ingredient on the food label – which is good since introducing k to new foods should start in small dosages.

they’re crispy puffy sticks and k devoured them up! yay for more variety in k’s snacks!
