introducing new foods: plums

in expanding k’s food rainbow palette, i added plums to her diet. the darker the color the better and a little soft but not bruised. when introducing plums, i steamed them first.

cooking tools

ingredients

  • 1 plum, pit removed
  • 1 inch water

preparation

  • steam water in steamer until boiling
  • chop plum into small pieces
  • steam for 5 minutes or until soft
