the most common oat meal dishes i remember in grocery stores are with apple and cinnamon. so here’s the beginning of that combination with apple and oat bran. can’t wait until she tries cinnamon!
- 1½ Tbsp cooked apple
- 1½ Tbsp prepared oat bran
- ½ to 1 Tbsp liquid, as needed:
– leftover saved juice
– or – water
- spoon fruit and grain into baby’s bowl.
- mix, adding liquid as needed.
- feed with a feeding spoon.
